Hi!

For many years I have wanted to be a life coach. I just knew I had something to offer. Earlier this year I participated in a 5-day challenge entitled ‘Become a Prosperous Intuitive Life Coach’ and by day two I knew whatever was happening in this challenge, it had my attention.

That challenge was all about getting in touch with me and my gifts, asking myself what I have to offer and who and how I want to serve.

After 6 months I am now a certified Intuitive Life Coach. What the heck does that mean?! It means I get to help people transform their lives!

My life prior to this experience consists of being a Masters Level Social Worker, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, Self-Taught Vegan Chef and now a Certified Intuitive Life Coach.

My areas of interest are Health, Nutrition and Movement. I have come to find there is so much emotion, fear, guilt, judgement and worry around these topics. Together we will explore what hidden emotions might be holding you back from being your BEST self.
