Cherry Chocolate Complete Energy Bites

2 cups GF oats
1 cup rice krispies
2 Tbsp millet
2 scoops chocolate complete
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup dried cherries, rough chopped
2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup sunflower butter
1/4 cup water

Roll into balls and refrigerate.  Freeze any balls left over.  Enjoy!

If you want to use nuts, go with almond butter in place of sunflower butter (or replace both the tahini and sunflower butter)

I actually used some vegan caramel I had made and had some left over in place of the maple syrup, tahini and sunflower butter.  Hope these amounts work for you.   Feel free to adjust as needed.
