Apricot Almond Complete Bites

12 medium size medjool dates, pitted and chopped
2/3 cup almond butter
2/3 cup water
2 3/4 cups GF Oats
2 Tbsp millet
1/2 cup raw almonds, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops vanilla complete
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips, I use vegan Enjoy brand

Stir together oats, millet, almonds, apricots, cinnamon and vanilla complete, set aside.
Place water, almond butter and chopped dates into nutri-bullet container and blend til smooth.  
Pour wet ingredients over dry and combine.  (You may not need all of the almond date mixture---never fear if there is some left over it makes a great dip for apple slices) 
Roll into balls and refrigerate.  Freeze for longer storage.  (and to keep out of your constant line of vision)
