Lemony Avocado Sauce

1 avocado
½ cup water
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove
¼ tsp sea salt
Black pepper to taste

Add the flesh of the avocado, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper to a high speed blender.
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
