Avocado Ginger Pear Smoothie

1 Tbsp grated fresh gingerroot ( you can grate and freeze the entire root for future use)
1/2 pear
1 date, pitted and chopped
1/4 avocado
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen cherries (optional)
1 Tbsp flaxseed
1 cup water
1 scoop chocolate complete
Add all ingredients into a high powered blend and blend til smooth.  Enjoy!
