Pizza Hummus

1 can white beans, rinsed
2 Tbsps tomato paste
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 Tbsps water (recipe calls for oil)
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
½ tsp salt
Big pinch crushed red pepper, optional

Place ingredients in blender, blend til smooth.  If hummus is stiff, add tbsp. of water.  Makes
1 ½ cups.
