Creamy Basil Salad Dressing

½ cup raw cashews, soaked
½ cup plant milk
handful fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp lemon juice
salt/pepper

Drain cashews.  Put all ingredients in blender and pure.  Add water if necessary!  Keeps in fridge for 7 days or can be froze.
