Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup natural peanut butter, stir well
3 Tbsp water
!/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup almond flour
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips ( I used dairy free enjoy life chips)

Whisk together first four ingredients. Set aside
Mix together remaining ingredients.  Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.  May refrigerate at this point.  Roll 2 Tbsp batter into balls and place on baking sheet.  Flatten half way.  Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes.  Cool on sheet 3-4 minutes Makes 16 cookies.
