Tahini Ranch Dressing

1 cup tahini
½ cup lemon Juice
½ cup water
½ tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup finely chopped dill, chives and parsley of equal amounts. 

Stir together the tahini and lemon juice until smooth.  Stir in the water a little at a time.  Add Garlic powder, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Taste, may need as much as ½ tsp salt but taste as you go.   (I only added a shake of salt and a shake of pepper)  Stir to combine.  Add in fresh herbs.  If using dried herbs try a tablespoon of each.  Refrigerate.   If dressing becomes too thick, thin with water.
