Applesauce Vinaigrette

½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 ½ tsp mild miso
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
fresh ground pepper
 
Place all ingredients in a deep cup.   Blend until smooth with immersion blend.  Taste and adjust seasonings.
Makes 1 cup Store in refrigerator 5-7 days
