Carrot Cake Buckwheat Waffles

1 (2) cups water
1 (2) cups coconut milk
1 (2) bananas
1 (2) cups GF oats
1 (2) cups buckwheat flour or cereal
1 (2) scoops vanilla complete
¾ (1 ½ ) tsp baking powder
½ (1 ) tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ (1/2) cup nut butter
½ (1 ) cup carrots, grated
¼ (1/2) cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 Tbsp (1/4 cup) maple syrup
shake of salt

Put all ingredients into blender and blend.  Pour onto preheated waffle iron.   I use a Belgian waffle iron.  Cook 8 minutes and enjoy  Makes 4 (8) 6” Belgian waffles
