Pineapple Mango Smoothie

1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
4 cucumber slices
2 Tbsp cilantro, more to taste
1-2 tsp grated ginger*
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp flaxseed
1 scoop vanilla complete
1/2-1 cup water
4-6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  
*Grate ginger and store in freezer.  That way it will be ready and will stay fresh rather than drying out or molding in the refrigerator.
