Oats (or Brown Rice) Nuts and Seeds with Fresh Fruit


¼ cup raw gluten-free oats (or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice)
1 Tbsp whole millet
1 Tbsp dried fruit
1 Tbsp nuts
1 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1 tsp sucanat or maple syrup
½ cup fresh berries
½ cup plant milk
1 Tbsp vanilla complete   

Combine in bowl and enjoy.  Could add 1 tsp chia seeds.  Also I often use 1/2 cup brown rice or quinoa in place of oats
