Wholesome Oat Snackles with Seeds

 

1 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp millet
1 ¼ cups oat flour
/3 cup raisins or other dried fruit
¼ cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut or hemp seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
Few pinches of nutmeg or could use cardamom
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 ripe banana
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp water
¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
2 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp raw sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 350.  Line baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients.  in a smaller bowl combine banana, smashed, applesauce, maple syrup and water.  Add to dry ingredients and stir until well incorporated.  Using a small ice cream scoop, make small mounds of batter on the baking sheet.  Bake 14-15 minutes remove from oven and cool on pan for 1-2 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
