Creamy Italian

¾ cup raw cashews, soak for 30 minutes to an hour ( can sub half with white beans), drain
½ cup water + 2 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup ( more if you want it less acidic)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp paprika
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Place all ingredients in blender and puree.  Adjust seasonings
