Berry Redwine Vinegar Dressing

3/4 cup blueberries (raspberry, strawberry, peach, blackberry)
¼ cup redwine vinegar
4-8 dates, pitted and chopped
1 small shallot
3 Tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup water
Fresh pepper

Combine and process til smooth in blender.  makes about 2 cups   Store in fridge.  Will last 5-7 days.
