Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chocolate Complete Energy Bites

2 cups oats (I use gluten free oats)
2 Tbsp millet
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
8 raw almonds, ground with flax seeds
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup natural peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup + 2 Tbsp water as needed
1 tsp vanilla

Stir together dry ingredients.  Set aside.  Stir together Peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla.  Stir into dry ingredients.  If too dry to form into balls, add water one tablespoon at a time.  Roll into balls and freeze   Enjoy!
