Everything Energy Bites

1 scoop vanilla complete
1 scoop chocolate complete
2 cups GF oats
¼ cup raw almonds
1-2 Tbsp hulled hemp seeds
½ cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup almond butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

2/3 cup oats
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds

Combine 2 cups oats, nuts and seeds, craisins and chocolate chips in food processor til corse meal consistency.  Stir in complete, cinnamon and hemp seeds.  Set aside

In large bowl, Combine nut butters, vanilla, honey.  Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.  Add water Tbsp at a time if needed to form balls

In blender grind to rough meal, 2/3 cups oats and ½ cup pumpkin seeds to roll balls in. 

Store in freezer!
