Lemon Vanilla Complete Energy Bites

2 cups GF oats
2 scoops vanilla complete
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp millet
1-2 Tbsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup sunflower butter
¼ cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp pure lemon juice
2 Tbsp water

In large bowl, combine first five ingredients.  Set aside
in blender combine remaining ingredients.  Add wet to dry and mix well.   Refrigerate.  Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer
