Cherry Coconut Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)

2 cups GF oats
1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
1/3 cup coconut, unsweetened
2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
2 scoops vanilla complete
1/3 cup raw almonds, chopped (optional)
2/3 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt

mix dry ingredients, set aside
mix nut butter, maple syrup, water and extracts in nutribullet.
combine wet and dry, pop in fridge for 20 minutes, roll into balls makes 20-24 balls. Store in freezer (or you will eat them all way to fast)
