Spicy Asian Cucumber Mango Salad
1-2 cucumbers, depending on size
1 avocado
½ small red onion
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
pinch cayenne pepper
1-2 Tbsp braggs amino acids
Cut cucumber, avocado and onion into bite size pieces. Put into large bowl
Sprinkle hemp seeds and dash of cayenne pepper on top of mixture
Add aminos and gently mix. Let marinate in fridge for at least an hour.
