Almond Butter Turmeric Dressing

1 ¼ cups water
½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ cup almond butter (100% almonds, no oil, salt, sugar, etc)
2 Tbsp grated ginger root
4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 Tbsp white miso paste
zest of one lemon
2 tsp turmeric
½ tsp fresh ground pepper

Putt all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend til smooth.  Keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator.  Keeps for 7 days
