Blueberry Muffins

1 ¼ cups oat flour
1 cup almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
3 super ripe bananas
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup dried blueberries
48 fresh blueberries

Mix together flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt.  Set aside
Mash bananas.  Blend together with maple syrup, applesauce, lemon juice. 
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.  Fold in dried blueberries
pour batter into 12 muffin cups.  Poke in the fresh blueberries.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes.   Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.  YUM
