Creamy Citrus Salad dressing

1/3 cup tahini
½ cup orange juice
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
¼-1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2-3 Tbsp water (more if needed)
handful pineapple chunks (I used frozen)

Place all ingredients in blender and blend til smooth.  Refrigerate for 7-10 days
