Chocolate Hummus

1-15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained (reserve the liquid)
¼ cup +1 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp tahini
¼ cup reserved liquid (aquafaba)
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Add all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.  Mix until smooth.  You may need to add 1-2 Tbsp water to adjust the consistency.  Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!!!
