Chocolate Banana Bread (GF, oil free and vegan)

1 flax egg (1 Tbsp flax seed ground + 3 Tbsp water)
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup sucanat
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
½ cup plant milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cups oat flour ( you can make your own by grinding oats in blender)
1 cup all purpose GF flour
½ cup cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup vegan chocolate chips (I like Enjoy Life)

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease  loaf pan or line with parchment paper.  Grind flax seeds and mix with water, set aside.
In a large bowl, mash bananas.  Add in sugar, applesauce, plant milk and vanilla. Set aside.
in a smaller bowl, whisk together oat flour, gf flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.   
Add flax egg to wet ingredients, mix together wet and dry ingredients (don’t over mix) and fold in chocolate chips. 
Pour into pan and bake 35 minutes.  Cover with foil and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven, cool in pan on rack.  Remove from pan and enjoy!!!!
