5 Ingredient Banana Bread

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs I used flax eggs (2 Tbsp ground flax +6 Tbsp water)
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups oats

Preheat oven 350.  Prepare 9x5 loaf pan   I sprayed with oil and placed parchment paper over the bottom of the pan
Put ingredients in the blender in order above.  Do not over blend or oats will eat up and not give a good bread consistency.
Cool in Pan on wire rack.
Will keep in fridge for 1 week or cut and freeze individual pieces
