Peanut Butter Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips

3- 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup plant milk
1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax seed + 3 Tbsp water, set aside)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sucanat (sugar cane natural)
3/4 cup natural peanut better
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup almond flour
3/4 cup oats ground into flour
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Lightly grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.  Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, Mix together first 7 ingredients.  Set aside

In a smaller bowl, stir together baking soda, salt, cinnamon, almond flour and oat flour

Combine wet and dry ingredients.  Fold in chocolate chips

Pour into prepared pan and bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
