Vegan Gluten Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup almond flour
1 cup oats (not instant)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
½ cup + 2 Tbsp almond butter
4 Tbsp maple syrup + 2 Tbsp water
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp plant milk or cold coffee or water
2/3 cup enjoy mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350.  Line two baking sheets with parchment paper

Mix flour, oats, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.  Whisk well
to same bowl add almond butter, syrup + water, vanilla extract, milk and chocolate chips

Stir, stir, stir. 

Make 16 balls and place on baking sheets.  Flatten to about ¼ inch thick.  Bake 10-12 minutes.  Cool on sheet 5 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
