Vegan No Oil Mayo

10 oz silken tofu
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 Tbsp plant milk ( not necessary if using silken tofu)

Put all ingredients in blender and puree. Refrigerate 5-7 days.
